By completing this registration, I, the undersigned parent/legal guardian, hereby grant permission for my child to participate in all activities associated with Jonesboro Bible Camp. In consideration for the privilege of my child attending this free camp, I explicitly agree to assume all risks associated with participation. I hereby release, legally waive, acquit, and forever discharge Jonesboro Church of Christ, its trustees, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of any damage, grief, loss, injury, or illness (including allergic reactions or medical emergencies) that may occur to my child or our property while participating in, training for, or traveling to and from camp activities. I understand that every reasonable safety precaution will be taken by the camp staff. In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize camp leadership to secure professional medical treatment for my child if I cannot be reached.
